Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Personal health information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Information is collected only as necessary to provide safe and effective massage therapy care.

All personal and health records are kept confidential and securely maintained in electronic form. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required or permitted by law.

Clients may request access to their personal health information or request corrections to their records in accordance with PHIPA regulations.
