Registered Massage Therapist

Hi, I’m Sofia, a Registered Massage Therapist and new mom. Through both my professional training and personal experience, I understand how demanding daily life can be on the body.

I completed an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2016 from Centennial College and earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy at Sahmyook University in Korea in 2013. I am currently continuing my education in Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage to further expand my therapeutic approach.

My goal is to help you better understand your body’s signals and provide care that is thoughtfully tailored to your needs, whether you are seeking relief from discomfort or simply a moment to reset and recharge.
